THE EDITORIAL CDS SET TO ESTABLISH PRESS CLUB IN ATA OJA GOVERNMENT HIGH SCHOOL

The Editorial Community Development Service of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), State of Osun, commenced her two days intensive training on press and publicity in the bid to establish a press club at the Ata Oja Government High School, Osogbo.

The traning section which began on Wednesday in the school's multipurpose hall had members of staff, and students of the school in attendance. The students were trained on the arts of writing, presentation and information gathering.

The head of the project committee, Mr. Oshinowo Oluwabukunwa in his speech expressed his joy towards the commencement of the project, stating the commitment of the editorial board to establishing same in more schools.

Oshinowo further charged proprietors, principals and teachers to ensure their readiness to welcoming the board's training initiative.

The facilitators went further to set up a pioneering  leadership structure comprising students of the school who will run the affairs of the club for a period of time.
