TEACHABILITY

     Teach means to pass on knowledge or to show the way. Ability means quality or state of being able.

Teachability is the quality or state of being able to pass knowledge. One of the great goals to which each of us should aspire in our short lives is that of becoming a teachable person. That statement sounds, alone and at the same time both Noble and straightforward. However,careful consideration of this subject leads us to conclude that, it is commonly mischaracterized and misunderstood. Many have wrongly implied that teachability is antithetical to voicing convictions or formed opinions. Teachability sweetly complies with thoughtful convictions and opinions. Teachability is one of the rarest qualities in the hearts and lives of people.

Requirements for us to become teachable

Teachability requires listening: you have to listen attentively to receive. A teachable individual is to exhibit the character of listening so that you will be to know the interest of your student and what you ought to educate them on and at the same time learn from them.

Teachability demands humility: only a humble soul will become a teachable soul. a great deal of true humility is needed for a man or woman to admit that he or she does not know all that he or she knows. Because it takes ahumble heart to be able to learn from people, you will gather more information to be able to bless souls with your teaching. The more you are humble, the more you attract a great personality, and the more you greatlyenlighten and have great ideas to explore.

Teachability involves analytical thinking: a teachable person analyzes and rationally processes all that he reads, hears, and sees. That individual should be named paitent.

Teachability entails interest: a teachable person shows interest in what they are seeking to learn and in that in which they are seeking to grow. Interest is not only about listening it entails being fully involved. And it helps a teachable person attain more height.

Teachability necessitates diligence: diligence should be a teachable individual lifestyle because without diligenceyou can lead people. After all, a teacher is a leader.

Teachability is a two-way thing, it entails give and take because the more you teach, the more you learn and the more you are been exposed to a lot of grateful things, and the more you meet great personalities. "A teacher is a potter".
