The language expert,  Mrs Adenle Caroline enlightened Batch C stream II corps members on basic linguistic guide to the Yoruba language at the Permanent Orientation Camp in Ede, Osun State on Monday.

In her statement, Mrs Adenle stressed on the need for corps members to be respectful and show courtesy to elders and constituted authorities since Yoruba culture values respect and home trainings. She added that ''Home training in Yorubaland is valuable''.The essence of the talk is to help corps members overcome language barrier so they can easily get familiar and relate better with the members of  their host community.

She further identify the various greetings for different times and seasons in the Yoruba culture. According to her, 'Ekaaro' signifies 'good morning', 'Ekaasan' meaning 'good afternoon', 'Ekurole' connotes 'good evening', 'odaaro' means 'good night'.
