OSUN NYSC KICKSTARTS SOCIAL ACTIVITIES FOR 2019 BATCH B STREAM II ORIENTATION COURSE
The NYSC Osun State on Tuesday 26th August 2019, commenced it's social activities for the three-week orientation course for the 2019 Batch B stream II corps members.
The event which was aimed at exhibiting the overall uniqueness of the Nigerian culture was held at the camp’s auditorium. It featured dance and drama competitions between the 2019 NYSC Batch B stream II Corps Members of platoons 3, 7 and 10.
In the course of the Drama presentation, Platoon 7 while displaying on stage, portrayed Nigeria as a multicultural Nation while educating the spectators that irrespective of one's ethnic group, development can be achieved through unity and copearation.
On the other hand platoon 10's performance was aimed at eradicating ethnicity, in a bid to promote social integration in Nigeria with emphasis on marriage regardless of one's ethnic group.
Meanwhile, In attendance were camp officials and Judges who were present to render impartial judgement so as to declare the winners of each of the performances.
