As part of his administration's resolve to make camping a memorable experience for the 2019 Batch B stream 1 corps members, the Osun State Coordinator, Adewale Adegoke has gifted the Publicity and Protocol committee a Hustler Max 3800ES Gasoline Generator.
The presentation which took place today 1st July, 2019 at the Permanent Orientation Camp Ede was orchestrated by Adewale's desire to ensure corps members are adequately informed and enlightened while on camp.
According to him, " irregularity in power supply must not hamper the discharge of the duties of the committee as it is saddled with the responsibility of ensuring the right dissemination of information and entertainment of the entire camp community.
" it became necessary for the Orientation Broadcasting Service (OBS) to have a generating set so they can continue to alleviate the crunch of the regimented camp life through life transforming programmes and relaxing entertainment " he added.
while receiving the generating set, the Assistant Director Press and Public Relations, Funmi Okundaye could not hide her joy as it was a dream come true for her unit. She appreciated the state coordinator for his timely intervention in empowering the unit to discharge her duties effectively and efficiently.
She further used the opportunity to appreciate Adegoke for supporting the unit wholesomely since assuming duty in the state.
