ICPC IMPLORE CORPS MEMBERS TO ADVOCATE FOR A CORRUPT FREE NATION

The Principal Superintendent of Independent Corrupt and Other Related Practice Commission Osun State Chapter, Mr.Suleiman Mohammed,has called on youths to join hand in the campaign against corrupt practices in the country.

Mr.Mohammed,made the call at a one day lecture organized for corps members at Olorunda local government Secretariat.

Mohammed,in his lecture disclosed that the commission is partnering with NYSC because of the contribution the scheme had made in the country alongside corps members which can  be helpful to forster the campaign against corruption.

He noted that youths are in possession of all the arsenal needed to curb the menace that has eaten deep in the country, through their activeness on social media, which can be used as a tool to preach against the act.

He used the forum to condemn youths who are facing the law of the land through their involvement in criminal activities, and advised corps members to disengage themselves from cyber crimes and other illegal practices that does not conform with the norms and beliefs of the society.

Mr.Mohammed, therefore, charged them to report any fraudulent activities to relevant authorities and see themselves as advocates for a corrupt free nation.
