GROUP ADMONISHES STUDENTS TO SPEAK OUT ON SEXUAL VIOLENCE

The servicom and gender vanguard community development group of Olorunda local government area, osogbo, has admonished students and the general public to speak out on gender and sexual violence.
The group made this known during a sensitization tour to the Islahudeen middle school Osogbo.
Speaking on the menace of gender based violence, while focusing on the female gender, the group encouraged students to speak out when they experience any sort of sexual violence and report to appropriate bodies.
The president of the group, Opeyemi Victor, enlightened the students on the importance of speaking out and how to maintain a descent lifestyle, saying that it would go a long way in curbing the act.
