In a bid to eradicate examination malpractice among students, the Anti Corruption Community Development Service group, Olorunda, Osogbo, has organized a sensitization programme for students of St. Mark Anglican High School, Osogbo.
Speaking during the sensitization, the president of the group, Dorcas Olabimpe, admonished the students to read their books and abstain from any form of exams malpractice which could harmper their academic succession.
She further urged them to be of good conducts, just as she wished them success in their exams.
Also addressing the students, a member of the group, Boluwatife Oke, stated that malpractice is another form of corruption that has eaten deeply into the educational system and therefore needs not to be inculcated by students as they are the leaders of tomorrow.
She said "examination malpractice is the act of cheating during an exam, either by asking fellow classmates answers to questions or by the use of external materials in an examination hall".
Applauding corps members for a job well done, the vice principal of the school, Mrs Dorcas Famogbiyele, implored them to keep up the anti corruption sensitization programme.
