Platoon four Defeats Platoon Three To Win The Interplatoon Sports Competition

 

The Interplatoon sports competition which is designed to create cohesion and unity among Corps members as well as improve their physical wellbeing saw platoon four face off against platoon three in an intense football finale. 

The Head of Sports, Alhaji Abdullahi Adamu while addressing the 2021 Batch A Stream II Corps members at the on Thursday appreciated the efforts of the Corps members in ensuring the success of the competition and enjoined them to maintain such good disposition to life.

The match saw both platoons start brilliantly as each side looked for opportunities to exploit their opponents. In the second half, Platoon four finally broke the dead lock to win the match 1 nill.

Meanwhile, in volleyball platoon 6 emerged winners when they defeated platoon 4, with platoon 4 and 9 emerging as second and third respectively in the competition.

Also, in the athletics male competition, platoon 4, 1 and 3 came first, second and third respectively while In the female category platoon 4, 10 and 3 came first, second and third respectively.
