PLATOON 8 AND PLATOON 9 EMERGE WINNERS OF MR MACHO AND MISS NYSC IN ENTHRAILLING STYLE

 

Representatives of Platoon 8 Benjamin Nathaniel Itodo and Platoon 9 Onwuka Oluchi Faith have emerged winners of Mr Macho and Miss NYSC for the 2021 Batch A stream II corps members after series of beautiful performances from the contestants.

The NYSC Osun State Coordinator Mr Ayodele Adegoke has told the corps members that the essence of the competition is to give individuals equal opportunity to show case their talents, skills and abilities.

Furthermore, he encouraged all the participants to put in their best and accept the results given to them in good faith even as he declared the variety night open.

The program featured the Mr Macho and Miss NYSC contest by the representatives of the ten platoons who came out in their "bib and tucker" for introduction, first, second, third and fourth appearance where their mental capabilities were tested. The event featured dance performances as well as musical displays from corps artists.

In the end, representatives of plantoon seven Davis Bekinbo and platoon five Olaniyi Gbenga were the second and first runner ups for Mr. Macho while platoon eight Okolie Obianujunwa Delphina and Platoon one Opaluwa Rebecca Ojonugwa were the second and first runner ups for Miss NYSC respectively.
