NYSC Osun Commences Orientation Exercise

 

In line with with the directives from the NYSC National Directorate Abuja, NYSC Osun has on Tuesday opened its doors wide for the commencement of the 2021 Batch A Stream II Orientation course.

The State Coordinator, Mr Ayodele Adegoke has expressed his optimism at the start of another orientation exercise as it is another opportunity to mentor and mould young people into becoming productive members of the society. 

Again, he charged the Prospective Corps Members to obey rules and regulations particularly as it relates to the COVID-19 pandemic, be open minded to learn and always cultivate the habit of asking questions in times of doubt.

Also, the Camp Director, Mrs Obiageli Okpalifo has enjoined PCMs to cultivate the virtue of discipline, perserverence and hardwork as it will play a key role in their lives during and after the orientation exercise.

Camp officials assigned to various duty posts played their parts in ensuring the smooth and swift start to life on camp. The registration process began with the screening at the gate for contraband down to the disinfectant tunnel after which the medical tests, documents verification, platoon registration and hostel allocation all followed in quick succession.
