NCDC SENSITIZES MARKETERS AHEAD OF 2021 BATCH A II ORIENTATION COURSE

 

As preparation begins for the resumption of the 2021 Batch A stream II Orientation course, the shortlisted Marketers for the Batch were on Monday sensitised ahead of the orientation programme.

The sensitization lecture which held at the NYSC Osun State Secretariat was delivered by Mr Ayoola Ademola from the Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC).

 

Speaking during the sensitization, Mr Ayoola enlightened the Marketers on the dangers of COVID-19. He further reiterated the need to take precautions against the virus by frequent washing of hands, wearing a nose mask and practising social distancing. These he said, will be useful in preventing the spread of the virus.

Furthermore, he informed the marketers of the Covid-19 vaccine and also encouraged them to take the vaccine so as to reduce the risk of being infected by the deadly virus. 

Earlier, The NYSC State Coordinator, Mr Ayodele Adegoke who was represented by the Assistant Director Corps Inspection and Monitoring, Mr Jimmy Fatogun, appreciated the Marketers for their contributions toward the improvement of the Mami market and the NYSC Osun Permanent Orientation Camp. He also thanked Mr Ayoola for his constant support in the enlightenment campaign against the Covid-19 pandemic in camp. 

“ Always protect yourself and others by sticking to the Covid-19 precautions”, he concluded.
