"YOU DO NOT GET PAID IF YOU DO NOT ADD VALUE"- EBI

The Business Plan Facilitator, Mr Ebi Benjamin has told the 2020 Batch B Stream 2  corps members that only those who add value get paid.

He stated this on Thursday during the training  of the Access Bank Grant Competitors drawn from the ten platoons.  Ebi taught the corps members on how to write a good and convincing business plan.

According to him,  the business plan is the road map to ones business, hence it should be critically analyzed and well detailed in order to build a sustainable and successful business.

He defined business plan as a written document that describes all the steps necessary in opening and operating a successful business and  encouraged them to work on giving an impressive presentation   during the competition by following the necessary steps in  business plan.

Subsequently, he charged the corps members to draw on their ingenuity and come up with a unique business plan for the competition and avoid any form of plagiarism.

In conclusion, Mr Benjamin reminded them that this is the first time this offer is coming to Osun State, hence they should endeavor to put in their best effort to win the grand prize.

Earlier during the flag off of the training, the State Coordinator, Mr Ayodele Adegoke urged the participants to leverage on the platform provided by Access Bank to achieve their goals.

According to him, opportunities such as this seldom come and when they do come, they should be fully maximized.

The training also had in attendance the Camp Director, Mr Aleshinloye Adeniyi; the Resident Officer, Mrs Florence Adewale; the Head of Accommodation, Mrs Okpalifo Obiageli; Head of SAED, Mrs Femi-Ajayi Oluwafunmilayo; and  other officials.
