MR TAOFEEK WARNS PROSPECTIVE CORPS MEMBERS AGAINST TENDERING FAKE MEDICAL REPORT

 

The Assistant Director. Deployment and Relocation, NYSC Osun State,  Mr Taofeek  Lawal has told the 2020 Batch B Stream 2 prospective corps members that tendering a fake medical report is a punishable offence.

He stated this during the NYSC lecture on deployment and relocation at the multipurpose hall of the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp, Ede, On Thursday.

Mr Taofeek informed the PCMs that fake medical report is a punishable offence and may hurt them in future as he warned them against tendering one as an excuse to get relocated or reposted.

He further told the prospective corps members that relocation is solely based on health and marital grounds adding that marital grounds is applicable to only married female corps members and is not applicable to married male corps members.

Subsequently, he disclosed that posting and relocation is free and  therefore, members should not allow themselves to be exploited by unscrupulous elements.

"Do not let anyone tell you to sleep with him or her or extort money from you with intent to repost or relocate you.

"if anyone tries to do so, kindly report the person to the relevant authority", he concluded.
