THE SECOND STREAM OF 2020 BATCH "A" CORPS MEMBERS RETURNS TO CAMP; UNDERGO COVID-19 SCREENING.

The Second Stream of the 2020 Batch "A" Corps members returns to the orientation camp and  undergo COVID-19 screening.

Recall, that the three weeks orientation course for the batch "A"which commenced 10th of March was halted barely 10 days into the orientation programme due to the outbreak of novel coronavirus.

 The first stream joined the 2020 Batch B stream 1A corps members to complete the first and pivotal cardinal programme of the scheme which exposes the corps members to the ideals of the scheme 

The corps members which were scheduled to report to camp on Sunday, 13th December were duly sensitized and screened for COVID-19 before been allowed to register to continue their orientation alongside 2020 Batch B Stream 1B counterparts. 

Meanwhile, the NYSC Osun State Coordinator Mr Ayodele Adegoke while addressing the corps members told them that their return to camp should not be seen as punishment but rather as a means of equipping them for a better future through the Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development Programme provided by the scheme. 

He further told them to adhere strictly to the COVID-19 preventive protocols as stated by the NCDC.

"Wash your hands regularly and properly, adhere to rules of social distancing, sanitize and use your facemasks properly", he concluded.
