Winner of Miss Big, Bold and Beautiful in Extreme Joy after an Interesting Contest at NYSC Camp Osun

 

Corps members were on Wednesday, entertained with the Miss Big, Bold and Beautiful Inter Platoon Contest for the 2020 Batch B Stream 1A orientation programme at the NYSC Orientation Camp Ede, Osun State.

As part of the schemes social activities on camp, corps members participated in the contest which was a means to build self esteem, confidence and boost integration among corps members.

The Head of Socials, Mrs Veronica Olawale  said during her opening speech that irrespective of body size, complexion or height, every woman is considered to be beautiful.

In the course of the contest, contestants representing their various platoons stunned in their magnificent dresses as they came out for the first, second and third appearance respectively.

In the final stage of the competition, contestants were asked NYSC related questions after which they were given opportunity to dance on stage.

Aside the contest, the event also featured musical performances and comedy  by talented corps members.

Having considered all criteria without being biased, contestant representing Platoon 5 was declared the winner of the contest. 

All contestants who participated in the contest went home with amazing consolation prices such as hair dryers, single and double face burners while the winner went home with an 8kg gas cylinder.
