Serving Corps Member Donates 200 Face Mask To The 2020 Batch B stream 1A Corps Members in Osun State
A corps member serving at Odo-Otin local government area has on Tuesday gifted the 2020 Batch B stream 1A corps members 200 face masks at the permanent orientation camp Ede.
orps member Dada Victor Olamide with code number OS/20A/2879 presented the face mask on behalf of his local government and said he was motivated by the efforts of the scheme in ensuring that the covid-19 pandemic does not stagnate the progress of graduate youths in the country.
Looking at all the measures put in place to ensure the safety of prospective corps members, Dada said he produced the customised face masks for the corps members use on camp using the NYSC logo with Odo-Otin written on it to further create awareness of the local government were he is currently serving.
He expressed his gratitude to the scheme for contributing immensely to national development before, during and post covid-19. He assured that corps members in Odo-Otin are already eager to welcome the new corps members to their midst after the three week orientation course.
While receiving the donation in his office at the permanent orientation camp on behalf of the corps members, the state coordinator, Mr Ayodele Adegoke appreciated the gesture of corps member Dada Victor describing it as timely and thoughtful. He further encouraged other corps members and local governments to borrow a leave from what Victor had done.
He assured Victor that the facemasks will be duly delivered to the corps members as purposed.
The local government inspector of Odo-Otin was equally present at the presentation.
