Adenle Teaches Corps Members Yoruba Language

The 2020 Batch A and B stream 1A  Corps members were taught the Yoruba language on Monday at the Permanent Orientation Camp, Ede, Osun state.

The Head of Servicom and Gender on Camp, Mrs Adenle Caroline who took the corps members on a journey through the Basics of Yoruba Language said that language is a means of identification of a tribe and the Corps members should always endeavor to speak their language and not shy away from it.

She told the corps members to uphold the virtue of respect as she educates them on the basics of Yoruba language for easy communication.

She emphasized on the need for the members to know the language because it will endear  them to the people  of their host community thereby enhancing their rewarding and memorable stay in the state.

The Corps members were taught greetings, days of the week,  months of the years, parts of the body,  numbers, and simple to complex constructions in Yoruba language.
