Adegoke Assures Prospective Corps Members Of An Eventful Service Year

 

The State Coordinator of the NYSC Osun State,  Mr Ayodele Adegoke has assured the 2020 Batch B Stream 1A prospective corps members and those dislodged from Lagos State of an eventful service year and urged them to have fun while they can. This he said at the welcome party for the Batch at the Multipurpose hall of the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp Ede. 

The State Coordinator who was ably represented by the Head of Accommodation, Mrs Okpalifo Obiageli, further reminded the PCMs of the need to adhere to COVID-19 protocols even while participating in the social activities on  camp.

However, the welcome party was laced with many thrilling activities and competitions involving various representatives of each platoon which was done taking cognizance of the NCDC guidelines. 

The Head of Socials,  Mrs Veronica Olawale, speaking with the OBS crew, expressed satisfaction with the turn  out of both officials and prospective corps members and also with the comportment of the prospective corps members during the welcome party. 

The competition ended with platoon 5 and 7 emerging as the winner of the male and female dance competition respectively and platoon 8 wining the drinking competition.
