CAN I ACCEPT SELF?

The tide rises amidst the moon and sun, moving upwards and downwards o'er the slopes of time.

Alas!!! Effort upon effort to shape down the size, all to preserve beauty. Who said you aren't pretty?

North into East into South nor west doesn't define YOU.

You rise by embracing yourself. 

Step into the mirror,

You can feel the flow of your beauty in YOU.

You are one of a kind,

Voice your opinion,

Act on it.

Accept who you are it is indeed infectious.

SELF ACCEPTANCE

Commendation of oneself comes on the trust of one's ability.

Being disdained today will not measure your worth tomorrow. Peace comes from within do not seek it without, make it with yourself and have peace. 

Who you are is duplicated in the mirror through which you see yourself. Embracing yourself at the time of body struggle matters.

Find something that makes YOU happy and celebrate it.
