FAKE MEDICAL REPORT CAN IMPLICATE YOU IN FUTURE- Lawal Taofeek
The Assistant Director, Deployment and Relocation, Mr Lawal Taofeek who delivered an NYSC lecture on posting and relocation at the Multipurpose hall of the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp Ede, has enjoined the 2020 Batch A corps members to avoid the use of fake medical report for relocation as this has great consequences.
Lawal stated that relocation in the scheme are done on two basis marital ground and health ground. According to him, relocation on marital ground applies to only married female corps members while that on health ground is for both sexes with life threatening health challenges.
Lawal further assured the members that their postings will be done inline with the scheme's approved posting policies. He assured further that they will be posted to places were their skills and services will be relevant.
He concluded, by saying that relocation and postings are free and warned the corps members against inducement. In his note, he said "you can report anyone that will ask you to pay for posting and relocation and you should also refrain from inducing your postings or relocation. Let the process take its natural cause".
