Corps Members Enlighten Students on Sexual Abuse.

The National Youth Service Corps,  Freedom of Information Act, Community Development Service group has on Thursday sensitised the students of Titilayo Group of Schools on sexual abuse and Freedom of Information Act.

In the address of Emmanuel Samuel, the President of the CDS group,  he said, the essence of the  CDS group is to the sensitize the public, as well as fight societal ills.

According to him, the group also focused on making the citizens realise their rights
and how they can access vital information from the government and public institutions.

The group also charged the students to always speak out if being harassed in any way, as they provided the student's links to channel their complaints when needs arise.

The enlightenment exercise also featured drama presentations and interactive sessions in a bid to aid much awareness on the social vice.

While speaking with our correspondence, one of the students who couldn't hide but expressed total satisfaction thanked the Corps members for such a great awakening campaign while adding that many have dwelled in ignorance for years.
