*NIM Charges Corps Members On Career Management*
The State Coordinator of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), Mr Dagunduro Babatunde urged the 2019 batch C stream II corps members on the need to have a career management ahead of the future.
While addressing corps members at the Permanent Orientation Camp in Ede, Dagunduro stated that '' having a degree is not enough to put food on one's table''. Stating further that, career management enables humans to map out plans and strategies in achieving visioned goals.
He admonished corps members to apply knowledge for future progression while urging them to keep learning and acquire more Knowledge through creative thinking.
Furthermore, Dagunduro said that '' a goal without a plan is a mere view''. He went further to implore them to always put their goals in writing so as to set a simple, reasonable, manageable and achievable goal.
More so, he admonished corps members to use action to back up their goals by being passionate for success and be committed because the society is competitive.
In his final note, he enjoined corps members to be courageous in any situation that may arise to discourage them from their goals. He also urged them to be committed to personal value and leave a positive legacy in any society they find themselves.
