SKILL ACQUISITION IS THE MOST RELIABLE MEANS OF INCOME -OLUTAYO
The Assistant Director, Skills Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development, NYSC Osun State, Mrs Olutayo Samuel has implored corps members to be job creators by making ample use of the Skill, Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development Program (SAED) in the NYSC scheme.
Mrs Olutayo, stated this at the graduation and exhibition ceremony of the Bimgold Fashion and Beauty School SAED post camp training for the 2018 Batch C corps members held in Olorunda local government town hall.
She commended the corps members for making efforts on acquiring further training, noting that skill acquisition is the most reliable means of earning income, as entrepreneurs become self-reliant.
Also, the CEO of Bimgold Fashion and Beauty School, Mrs Adidoye Temitope appreciated the corps members and further encouraged them to be resilient as the sky will be their starting point.
During the exhibition and presentation, Wisdom Michael was announced the Overall best graduating student for the Batch C and was honoured with a brand new sewing machine, while Miss Olawale Olajumoke emerged first runner up and was awarded a lovely sewing kit, with an additional cash prize of ten thousand naira.
