NESREA TO SUPPORT NYSC EPSG CDS GROUP.
The National Environmental Standard and Regulations Agency ( NESREA) has assured the NYSC scheme of its unwavering support towards the Environmetal Protection and Sanitation Group (EPSG) in order to promote its vision of maintaining a clean habitation for all and sundry in Osun State.
NESREA gave the assurance during a courtesy visit by the Osun State NYSC Coordinator, Mr Ayodele Adegoke to its office in Osogbo on Wednesday 7th of August 2019.
Mr Adegoke who went with his management team noted that the purpose of the courtesy visit was to strengthen the relationship between NYSC and NESREA as well as solicit support for the EPSG CDS Group which
NESREA has undoubtedly given its assurance. It is in this regard he appreciated NESREA for the warm reception towards him and his management team.
The State Coordinator NESREA, Mr. Mohammed Maike, who acknowledged the visit, noted that EPSG as a CDS group was first birthed in the State before other states saw the urgency to establish same.
Maike therefore stated that NESREA in the best of its ability will readily offer financial, technical and material support towards EPSG CDS in order to advance its activities. He added that committed corps members will be duly awarded certificates of excellence for their devotion towards the CDS group during the service year.
