NESREA : BE STRONG AMBASSADORS OF THE ENVIRONMENT
The state coordinator of National Environmental Standard and Regulation Enforcement Agency (NESREA), Mr Mohammed Maike has implored corps members in the Environmental Protection and Sanitation Group, (EPSG) to be strong ambassadors and advocates of the environment in order to create a hygienic habitation for living.
The state coordinator, Mr Mohammed Maine who was ably represented by Mr Aremu Olalaye stated this in a sensitization program held at the NYSC office in Osogbo local government area in Osun state.
The sensitization program which was held for the purpose of formally welcoming the 2019 Batch "B" stream 1 corps members into the EPSG CDS group, stressed that NESREA, as an agency is meant to ensure the wellbeing of the environment and thus its collaboration with NYSC to preach the gospel of maintaining a neat environment.
The desk officer of NESREA, Mrs Uba Ngozi who was also present at the sensitization, stated that corps members who discharge their duties faithfully by preaching the message of environmental sustainability , will be awarded certificates of excellence .
Meanwhile, the CEO of Kelit Leather Works, Mrs Kemi encouraged the corps members to take skill acquisition important in order to be self reliant. The EPSG CDS president Mr Sulaimon Ayomide formally welcomed the batch "B" stream 11 corps members in the EPSG CDS group, imploring them to be written epistles of their environment.
