ADEGOKE ENJOINS FIELD OFFICERS TO DISCHARGE THEIR DUTIES DILLIGENTLY.
The State Coordinator, Mr Adegoke, Ayodele Adewale has called on field officers to do their work well as any act of indiscipline and negligence will be seriously dealt with.
Adegoke made this known during the meeting of the state coordinator, head of branches and units with field officers in the State at the conference room of the secretariat on Wednesday 31st July, 2019.
Adegoke charged the officers not to take things for granted but ensure a thorough job is done. He added that the officers should steer clear of trouble by not covering up corps members as anyone found out will be dealt with administratively.
According to him "treat these corps members as your brothers and sisters because they are the future of tomorrow.
"Do not tarnish your image or that of the scheme by conniving with corps members but rather set good examples for them to follow.
"Remember, you're the image makers and accounting officers for the scheme in your various local governments" he added.
He further added that all field officers should be resident in their local government of posting and should know their corps members, their places of primary assignments and their lodges.
He also charged them to attend to corps members issues promptly and ensure a thorough followup on corps correspondences and corps members under their care.
Speaking on community development service, Adegoke urged them to reorientate and sensitise corps members on the importance of embarking on CDS projects either individually or as a group.
the meeting also witnessed the heads of branches and units joining voices with the State Coordinator to call field officers to diligence and discipline on the job.
