NYSC STATE OF OSUN GETS NEW COORDINATOR
A new coordinator has been appointed for the National Youth Service Corps, State of Osun. The 12th Chief Executive Officer, Adegoke Ayodele Adewale assumed duty on Thursday, 13th June, 2019.
Adegoke, who took over the mantle of leadership from Emmanuel Attah, described his predecessor as a visioner,goal getter and a welfarist who will be missed by all. He commended Attah for upholding the ideals of the scheme in the state.
Adegoke stated that his administration will build upon the success and achievements of his predecessor. He said the welfare and security of staff and corps members will top the chart of his priority. He assured members of staff of his resolve to run an open door administration.
The 12th Chief Executive Officer bagged a Bsc Degree in Political science from the University of Jos and an MPA from the University of Ilorin, Kwara state in 1990 and 1995 respectively.
He did his one year mandatory service at Lubokun Comprehensive High School, Igbotako Ondo State between 1990 and 1991.
He began his career with NYSC under the Inspectorate cadre in 1992 with the NYSC Kwara State Secretariat. Subsequent postings took him to the NYSC National Directorate Headquarters in April, 2003 where he served in the Administrative Department now Human Resource Management Department.
Before his recent posting as the 12th Chief Executive officer NYSC State of Osun, Adegoke had worked in the Community Development Service department, Human Resource and Management department and Mobilization department where he served as Deputy Director Evaluation. He was the 25th Chief Executive Officer NYSC, Cross River State, sequel to his posting as the state coordinator, State of Osun in May, 2019.
It will be recalled that the erstwhile coordinator, Emmanuel Attah assumed duty in the State in January, 2017.
