"Shun Examination Malpractices", ACG CDS Grou warns Students

The Anti-Corruption Group (ACG) during its sensitization program for the Junior secondary school students of Salvation Army Government Middle School, Oke-fia, Oshogbo on Wednesday May 15, 2019 urged the students to stay away from malpractices as they prepare for their forth coming external exanimation.

The ACG President, Sunday Hannah while addressing the students said, “Exam is testing one’s knowledge to know the capability of oneself while malpractice is any form of cheating that as a student for you to know your capability you didn’t need to involve yourself in cheating”

She advised the student to shun examination malpractice that can lead to destruction and dropping out from school but rather read, study and solve problems of past question to prepare them for the exam and not depend on microchips from people or friends during exam.

A member of the group, Irabor Isaac further state exam malpractice can be dangerous to an individual as anyone who engages in exam malpractices will be jailed for 3 years imprisonment or will be asked to pay #50,000.
