PRESIDENT OF GDIQ WARNS AGAINST EXCESSIVE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL
Oladosu Habeeb Olakunle, President of Guinness Drinking Intelligence Quotient (GDIQ) Community Development Group, Osogbo indulged corps members to campaign against excessive consumption of alcohol wherever they find themselves. This he said during a lecture at the Permanent Orientation Camp, Ede, Osun State on Tuesday, 2nd April.
He stated that excessive consumption of alcohol slows down the nervous system and makes one depressed. He further stated that alcohol stimulates the brain cells and excites the entire body. However, he advised corps members to drink responsibly.
