The Fight Against Corruption Must Start With You - Mrs Winifred

  

A representative of the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC) Osun State Command, Mrs. Winifred Ingobro has told the 2021 Batch A Stream II Corps Members that the fight against corruption must start with them.

She made this statement at the Multipurpose hall of the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp, Ede on Wednesday.

According to her, the Commission has been established to fight all forms of corruption across the Nigerian society and has been successful in achieving its objectives.

Furthermore, she enlightened the corps members on the existence of the Commission and its core vision of eradicating corrupt practices in our nation. 

In order to explain the practicality of the concept, she asked corps members to share their experience of corrupt practices and what they feel about corruption. 

In response to these experiences, Mrs. Winifred admonished corps members to join in the fight against corruption. She also encouraged them to always feel free to report any form of corruption they notice around them by either coming to their offices or through online platforms. 

She recognized the youths as the leaders of tomorrow and asked them to join the fight against corruption in order to contribute their quota towards making positive changes in their environment.
