ADEGOKE SENSIT IZES PCMS ON SECURITY CONSCIOUSNESS

  

The NYSC Osun State Coordinator, Mr Ayodele Adewale Adegoke has charged all Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) across the country to ensure that they are security conscious at all times even as they embark on their journey to the various States they have been deployed to for the National service.

He made this known on Thursday during the live broadcast of the NYSC Osun weekly show 'Ajuwaya' hosted by the Osun State Broadcasting Corporation which deals with matters related to the scheme.

Speaking on the program, Adegoke spoke on the need to be extra careful considering the present level of insecurity in the country and as such they should avoid all forms of late night travels as it is very dangerous.

Again, he spoke on the need for transport companies to be cautious, vigilant and patient even as they convey these PCMs across the country and ensure that they do not extort them.

Furthermore, he encouraged the PCMs to commit themselves totally to the service of their country irrespective of the location they have been posted to.

"Accept the clarion call with joyfulness and singleness of heart," he added.

Adegoke congratulated all the PCMs for the progress they have made so far and prayed for safe journey even as they embark on the next phase of their lives.

In concluding his address he appreciated the management ot the Osun State Broadcasting Corporation for their continuous partnership with the scheme and hoped for many more years of fruitful relationships.
