Your Future Begins Now -NIM Educates Corps Members

 

The State Coordinator of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Osun State Chapter, Mr Dagunduro Babatunde has on Tuesday sensitised  the 2020 Batch A and B stream 1A  corps members on the need to stay focused on their dreams as their  future starts now. 

He stated this during the NIM lecture at the multipurpose hall of the NYSC permanent orientation camp Ede, Osun.

Speaking at the NIM lecture for the 2020 Batch A and B stream 1A corps members at the Permanent Orientation Camp, Ede , Mr Babatunde enjoined the corps members to endeavor to learn the required skills and ensure that they are relevant.

"Be equipped and have relevant knowledge in order to be relevant", he said. 

He further taught the corps members on the necessary qualities every human resource personnel should possess. 

According to Him, the necessary qualities required are: linguistic and verbal, logical, interpersonal, Intra-personal, Naturalistic, Spatial and Existential Intelligence.

"Do not forget to  persevere and persist as you work towards your dream because perseverance and persistence is the only virtue that keeps you going when it the going gets tough". He added. 

Conclusively, he enlightened the Corps members on the benefit of being a member of NIM and also urged them to ensure that they participate in the various NIM conference and workshops, as this will prepare them for a better future.
