DEVELOPMENT: NYSC JOIN FORCES WITH RADIO NIGERIA, GOLD FM

The Secretariat of the Osun State chapter of the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC played host to the entourage of Radio Nigeria and Gold FM on Tuesday.

While receiving representatives of the media conglomerate, the State Coordinator, Mr Adegoke Ayodele acknowledged the visit, welcoming them with open arms and proclaimed that the NYSC is open to partnerships with organisations like Gold FM who would be broadcasting and assisting corps members in Ilesa.

Adegoke appreciated  Gold FM for coming to visit and partner with the NYSC stating that a relationship has been birthed between NYSC and Gold FM.  

Earlier, the Head of Station and General Manager of Radio Nigeria and Gold FM, Mr Adedamola Tinubu stressed that they have come to fraternise with the NYSC and have an open platform for youth development and unity in Nigeria.

Tinubu pointed out that his visit is for unity, oneness and upholding the vision of the NYSC;  commending the scheme for doing a great job. 

He stressed that the media house is ready to provide platforms for NYSC programs, for the joint benefit of both the scheme and the media house.

He emphasized that both agencies stand as federal agencies well known for Unity.

He also proposed that the scheme posts corps members with relevant courses to their organizations as they will be willing to train them for a year so as to make them fit for the market.

  "We know people come from different parts of Nigeria and we are willing  to take them on Broadcasting..."  He said.
