“Whether You Win or Lose, You Are A winner”- Adegoke Tells Corps Members.
The State Coordinator, NYSC Osun, Mr. Ayodele Adegoke has enjoined the 2020 Batch ‘A’ Stream 1 corps members to always imbibe winning spirit whether they lose or win.
Adegoke stated this while addressing the corps members at the opening ceremony of the orientation inter-platoon sports competition at the Permanent Orientation Camp, Ede, Osun state on Sunday.
The coordinator who was represented by the Camp Director, Mrs Femi-Ajayi Olufunmilayo urged the corps members to embrace the spirit of Fair-play as they kick off the interplatoon sports competition.
She further reminded the corps members that sports is meant to promote unity and healthy life and should be played with love and spirit of oneness.
However, the sports competition was opened by football teams representing Platoon 4 and Platoon 2, and volley ball teams representing platoon 6 and 3. The football match ended 3goals to 1 in favour of platoon 4, while the volley ball ended 2 to nil in favour of platoon 6.
