Diligence and Obedience Will Enable Great Camping Experience - Camp Director Tells PCMs
The Camp Director for the 2020 Batch 'A' orientation programme in Osun State, Mrs. Femi-Ajayi Oluwafunmilayo has charged the 2020 Batch 'A' Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) deployed to the State to embrace diligence and obedience in order to have a great camping experience.
Oluwafunmilayo admonished the PCMs during the inaugural Devotion/Meditation at the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp, Ede on Wednesday.
According to her, “diligence and obedience will enable great camping experience especially when you adhere to the rules and regulations as stated in the Service Guide manual for your service year.”
She further revealed that the management of the scheme had provided everything needed for the corps members to have unending memories about the orientation exercise, while emphasizing that there is need for them to provide high level of cooperation to every instruction. She further charged them to maintain the cleanliness of the camp by disposing trash appropriately.
Speaking on camp activities, she enjoined them to participate actively in all camp activities especially the skills acquisition and entrepreneurship development programme which is capable of making them self-reliant and employers of labour in the future.
