Adegoke Assures Corps Members' Welfarism and Good Well-being
The State Coordinator, National Youth Service Corps, Osun State, Mr. Ayodele Adegoke has assured optimum welfare for the 2020 Batch 'A' prospective corps members.
Adegoke disclosed this during the briefing of the camp officials at the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp, Ede, Osun State on Monday.
Adegoke revealed that necessary medical facilities have been acquired to improve corps members health conditions during the orientation exercise. He further reiterated that there are serviceable health facilites to curb any endemic or epidemic diseases on the orientation camp.
Speaking further, the State Coordinator boosted the camp officials' confidence for efficient service delivery while reminding them to adopt the policies and guidelines designed to optimize corps members welfarism.
According to him, “policies and guidelines including security strategies have been designed to protect lives and properties during this orientation course.”
Meanwhile, the officials were encouraged to treat and handle the corps members with love and care, adding that there is need for harmonious and united interactions for a successful orientation exercise.
Also speaking at the meeting, the Camp Director, Mrs. Olufunmilayo Femi-Ajayi encouraged the officials to rise to the welfare of corps members by encouraging them to visit the clinic if any symptom arises.
She also admonished the officials to promote good hygiene and environmental Sanitation during the 3-weeks orientation exercise.
