The Commander Engineer Construction Command, Brig. Gen A.O Agboola has described the NYSC scheme as a passion driven organization that has successfully imbue in the Nigerian youths that something can be done out of nothing. The Commander made this comment during the commissioning of a project executed by Corps Doctor Adeshokan Toluwalope. Gen Agboola commended the effort of the project executor for being able to mobilize for support which culminated in the success of the project.
Corps Doctor Toluwalope who was posted to ECC Medical Center decided to renovate the out-patient clinic and children ward of the Medical center after she realized that the comfort of patients is paramount to their quick recovery. The corps doctor provided for the medical center a partitioned out-patients clinic furnished with a water dispenser, tv, white board, notice board and hand sanitizer machine. She also furnished the children ward with tv, beddings and wall decorations.
The corps doctor reiterated that the project was borne out of passion to ensure that patients using the medical center get needed comfort that would aid their quick recovery.
While commissioning the project, the State coordinator NYSC Osun, Mr. Adegoke encouraged other corps members to emulate the zeal and dedication of corps doctor Toluwalope and also key into the community development agenda of NYSC
