OLUTAYO CHARGES CORPS MEMBERS TO BE JOB CREATORS
The Ultra Brains Institute of Information and Technology, as part of Skills Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development (SAED) held her graduation and induction ceremony for corp members who successfully participated in the post camp training recently.
The induction ceremony which held at Olorunda Local Government, Osun state had corps members from different local governments in the state gather to witness the event. The event had participants in information and communication technology, Solar and renewable Energy And those who took professional courses.
The Assistant Director, Skills Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development, NYSC Osun State, Mrs Samuel Olutayo, congratulated corps members who participated in the training and encouraged them to further acquire more skills and get mentored. According to her, " do not settle for less for strive to become masters in the skills and knowledge you have acquiredited during your in-camp and post-camp training".
She also added that with the skills acquired, the graduands will not have to look for white collar jobs but become job creators and self-reliant youths, thereby contributing their quota to the economic development of the nation.
Speaking, Mr Adenle, the Direction of Ultra Brains Institute of Information and Technology, expressed joy at the conclusion of the second diet annual training of the institute. He stated that what the institute has done is to impact on the participants skills,and also guide and nurture them to ensure they become entrepreneurs which is the whole essence of the SAED program.
Correspondingly, Professor Adebayo of Economics Department, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, spoke to the participants on professional development for wealth creation. He encouraged them to maximize their time as youths and channel it into the creation of wealth. He stated that the value of their lives depend largely on how they spend their time.
Conclusively, participants were awarded certificates of participation.
