Corps Members Sensitize Traders On The Need To
Maintain Good Customer Relationship
The Servicom, Gender and Vanguard CDS group in Oshogbo, have sensitized business men and women on the ways of maintaining good customer relationship in order to make profit through rendering quality goods and services.
The sensitization program took place at the popular Orisumbare market in Oshogbo, Osun State. The President of Servicom Gender and Vanguard CDS, Mr Dare Esemikose, said that the purpose of the program was to ensure that business men and women make profit as well as maintain good customer relations.
Mr Esemikose, stressed that in order to achieve this, traders should reduce the selling price so as to increase profits. Speaking further, he noted that traders must inculcate the culture of maintaining good relationship with their customers as this will be tantamount to the profit they will make and the number of customers they will have.
He emphasized on the need for traders to give discounts and incentives to customers especially during periods of festivals.
Miss Olori Kemi, a corps member and member of the CDS group, also speaking, stressed on the importance of traders to advertise their products inoder to create awareness to the general public. She added that punctuality is key to the growth and success of the business, thus the need to be punctual .
Miss Kemi stressed that traders should ensure honesty in all their dealings by selling authentic products to the customers as this will establish trust and friendship. She noted that expired goods should be taken out of the shop because such goods can affect the health of customers and pose a threat to the business as well.
