SERVICOM CDS SENSITIZE MARKET WOMEN ON CUSTOMER SERVICE
Market women in Osogbo, Osun state capital have been sensitized on the need for perfect service delivery and good customer relationship. The sensitization which was carried out by Servicom Community Development Service was aimed at curbing service failure in the market environment.
The women were educated with illustrations on how to treat their customers when they visit their shops, how to interact with customers during bargaining, how to ensure warm reception of customers and how to address and exchange contact with customers for further business transactions.
The CDS group also sensitized policemen at Oja-Oba police station on the need to serve customers well and ensure their perfect service delivery to people of the state.
