NYSC OSUN CELEBRATES ABIOYE AS HE RETIRES FROM SERVICE
Staff of the National Youth Service Corps Osun State felicitated with a staff member, Mr Aderemi Abioye of the Accounts Branch on his successful retirement from service. The event took place at at the Secretariat's conference room in osogbo on Thursday, May 9.
Assistant Directors and other members of staff took turns togive testimonials of the successful sojourn of Abioye in the State and to further encourage the celebrant, wishing him well as he steps out of the service.
Representing the State Coordinator, Emmanuel Attah, the Assistant Director Human Resource Management, Chief Fadairo Tunde commended Abioye for his patriotic service through out his sojourn with the scheme. He further stated that his contributions towards the achievements of the scheme's objectives is worthy of note. He prayed that he will continue to excel as he moves onward.
Also speaking at the event, the Assistant Director SAED, Olutayo Samuel also rejoiced and congratulated him for his dedicated work during his service. She advised him to continue his great works even as he leaves the scheme.
Assistant Director, Corps Welfare and Health, Alhaji Abdullahi Adamu, the Assistant Director Deployment and Relocation, Alh. Lawal Taofeek, Assistant Director PPRU, Mrs Okundaye Funmi and the Head of Accounts, Dabarako Jubril were among those who testified to Abioye's diligence, dedication, humility and professionalism.
While responding, Aderemi appreciated the management and all members of staff for the honour. He specially appreciated the Account's branch for puttin the program together to honour him. According to him, "I am so overwhelmed, so much that I lack words to express how grateful I am to God Almighty who has shown me great mercy and also, to the management and staff of NYSC.
I am indeed grateful" he added.
