CITIES OF OSUN RECEIVES BATCH'C CORPS MEMBERS

Governor State of Osun, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola,has expressed enthusiasm for the successful completion of the three weeks Batch'C Stream1 orientation course in Ede.

The governor who was represented by the Honourable commissioner for Social Potenti al,Comrd.Biyi Odunlade,made the expression at the official closing ceremony of the Batch'C Nysc camp in Ede,State of Osun.

Governor Aregbesola,while expressing joy for the conclusion of the orientation course tasked the corps members to put into practice what they have garnered in camp through the Skill Acquisition Entrepreneurship programme in order to enable them tackle the challenges during and after their service year.

He also encouraged them to accept their posting in faith irrespective of where they found themselves and see the posting as an opportunity to improve their lives and add value in their host communities.

Ogbeni Aregbesola, seized the forum to assure corps members of their safety in the state, saying, Osun is rated among the most peaceful states in the country.

On his part, the state coordinator, Mr.Danjuma Attah in his remark, appreciated the Director General of NYSC,Brig.Gen.Kazaure,for showcasing the State camp to international recognition during his one day visit, thereby,making it the face of the nation.

Mr.Attah,however advised the corps members to be mindful of the uniform given to them and not to use it as immunity guiding them to engage in crime and other social vices that will not project the scheme in limelight.

Meanwhile,corps members in excitement has being received in major cities of the state in preparation to discharge their duties.
