paramount importance in today's world. As young individuals navigate the
complexities of relationships, both personal and professional, the ability to
effectively manage conflicts and mediate disputes is a valuable skill set. Here

a good example of youths coming together, first the camping exercise where they
get to spend 3 weeks with fellow youths from different ethnic group in the
country, by so doing giving them room to relate together and in cases of
conflict they get to find ways to resolve it through the help of officials and
mutual understanding.

helps youths manage their own emotions and respond to others' feelings
effectively. This is crucial in mediating emotionally charged disputes.
8.Practice and Role-Play: Creating opportunities for
