Access Bank Trains Corps Members on Successful Business Models
Access Bank of Nigeria in collaboration with NYSC Osun State has selected a total of thirty Corps members from the 2021 Batch A stream II orientation exercise at the Permanent Orientation Camp, Ede, to help groom them on how to develop a business plan and model.
The Facilitator, Mr Ebi Benjamin said that the program is divided into two parts: the training taking place now and the competition proper which will come up sometime in June.
He further added that after the training, all thirty corps members that were chosen for the training would be mandated to participate in a competition which will give them the opportunity to get funds from Access Bank. He also announced that the competition would entail developing a business idea for the business they want to do and ensure that it is submitted on or before the end of the week.
Again, he stressed that ten corps members out of the thirty who submitted their business idea would be contacted, and the best five out of them would be made to face a panel from Access Bank that will carefully scrutinize the business ideas before picking a winner.
Mr Ebi then explained what a business plan and model is to the participants to enable them draft out good ideas that will be favorable to them.
