COVID-19 Protocols Observed as NYSC Osun Commences 2020 Batch B Stream 1B Orientation Programme
The NYSC Osun State is Observing a strict compliance with the COVID-19 preventive protocols as it commences the 2020 Batch B Stream 1B orientation programme on Thursday at the Permanent Orientation Camp,Ede.
The scheme in the state has remained resilient in ensuring the safety of prospective corps members and camp officials during the orientation programme as everyone is mandated to undergo the COVID-19 test before entering the orientation camp.
The State Coordinator, Mr Ayodele Adegoke, while addressing the prospective corps members, assured them of their safety on camp.
"Your safety is the utmost priority of NYSC and the scheme must do everything humanly possible to ensure that everyone of you stays safe.
"The NYSC Osun State is ever ready as measures have been put in place to ensure the safety of corps members and camp officials. I urge you all to participate in this fight against the deadly virus, by wearing your facemasks, washing your hands regularly, adhering to physical distancing and usage of alcohol based hand sanitizers". He said.
In conclusion, Mr Adegoke congratulated the prospective corps members for journey mercies and guaranteed them of fun and memorable stay on camp.
Recall, that the 2020 Batch B Stream 1A orientation course successfully ended on 30th of November with strict compliance to NCDC guidelines on COVID-19.
