NEW LGI OSOGBO ADDRESS CORPS MEMBERS
The new Local Government Inspector in person of Mr Olatunji Adeniyi opened his speech with an appreciative note to all executives of various community development groups for their cooperation and unity during his address to the corps members on Thursday 21st march.
The new LGI while addressing the corps members sounded a note of warning to all corps members on the issue of dressing as it cannot be over emphasized. He stated that the proper dressing code is the complete NYSC outfit with the option of a crested vest or a plain white vest.
Mr Olatunji while pointing out the need and importance of corps members attending cds meetings advised them to ensure that they impact the community effectively.
He further enjoined all corps members to take their health seriously and toduly inform the NYSC Officials before embarking on any health related journey. He advised Corp members not to stay on self medication.
He also called out the need for nursing mothers to write an application for maternity leave a month to their expectant day in accordance to the laid down rules of the National Youth Service Scheme.
